Siva Granite Products is a Family owned company engaged in the spheres of Granite Monument Manufacturing and Mining activities since 1991. The organization is founded on the sound Principles laid down by My Father who has got 5 decades’ experience in running a construction company. Constant Innovation Customer first and People Development are the three guiding principles the company follows which is transferred to us by my Father who started this company. Now it is managed by the youngest son of the founder and other two brothers are taking care of the construction company run by the family. With an employee strength of 120 numbers and staff strength of 15 numbers ours is the lowest manpower deployed company in the industry in India.
We are the pioneers in introducing CNC MACHINES in Monument industry for the first time in India and with regard to application of CNC technology in various aspects of monument making we have the best knowledge in the world as we do most of the works such as Serp top profiling polishing margin cutting and and all other special shaping and polishing is done using CNC machines. Our unit is equipped with Two 5 Axis CNC Machines and one four Axis CNC Machine. Most of the CNC tools are indigenously developed by us and many tools are custom designed to suit the needs of monument industry. Our production turnaround time is very less when compared with our competitors who do not possess this knowledge also our products are finished with high degree of perfection as these machines are fed with the DXF drawings given by our customers while processing the orders.
Our People are trained to operate of modern equipment and our employees are trained in the areas of information sharing in closed WhatsApp groups within our unit regarding readiness of the orders status report communication with various stages of production to avoid the delays errors and most importantly the precious time wasted on rectification of errors. Right from the Machine operators’ supervisors and up to managers are provided with smart phone and our entire unit is Wi-Fi enabled. We manage aging of orders and update with our customers on weekly basis so that they are assured of the ETAs of the container.
